Will I have a fully implemented solution once the project is complete?

Probably not, unless your product catalog is very small and your processes are a perfect fit for out-of-the-box functionality in Salesforce CPQ.

A Quick Start project is a quick way to get your started on your full implementation. It gives you a blueprint for your bundles, your pricing and discounting requirements, and your quote templates. If you run a subscription-based business, you will be able to support the full subscription lifecycle, from new business deals to amendments and renewals.

CPQ Mastery will provide a Solution Architect, who is responsible for both design and implementation. Additional resources might be provided on a case by case basis, which might result in additional costs.

We highly recommend that you provide a project manager, at a minimum to facilitate booking of meetings with the right people on your side. The initial workshops will require time from your business stakeholders which will have to do some homework, such as preparing product catalog information, pricing policy details, discounting policies, templates for quote documents. Someone from your finance and legal department might be needed to provide requirements as well.
